Common questions

Are month-to-month services available?

SIP trunks and cloud phone systems are available month-to-month. For other services, any minimum term is set out in writing in your quote before you agree.

Can we keep our numbers?

Yes. Local and 1300/1800 numbers can be ported. We stage the cutover and test live calls before sign-off.

How many calls can we make at the same time?

Each channel carries one call at a time. We help you choose everyday capacity and arrange extra capacity for busy periods.

Do you support secure SIP?

Yes, where your phone system supports it. TLS protects call setup and SRTP encrypts call audio. We also restrict connections to approved IP addresses and apply fraud controls.

How are 000 calls handled?

We check caller ID presentation and route 000 over the trunk. An emergency test is part of the cutover plan where permitted.
