Your venue’s dashboard
Venue managers have access to their own venue’s dashboard and can export that venue’s consented contacts. Access is scoped by venue.
Give guests a way to join your venue’s Wi-Fi and choose whether to hear from you again. Our custom-built, hosted portal works with a compatible UniFi Cloud Gateway and access points, with access codes delivered by email or SMS and optional marketing sign-up.
Free initial phone discussion. Support hours and charges.
The external captive portal is the sign-in page guests see when they join your Wi-Fi. Telco Concepts builds and hosts the portal, while your venue’s UniFi equipment manages the wireless connection.
The solution has been lab-tested on real equipment, including email and SMS access-code delivery. We check your UniFi Cloud Gateway, access points and software before proposing a rollout for your venue.
Guests join your Wi-Fi, enter their name and email address and/or mobile number, then use an access code delivered by email or SMS to verify their contact details.
Email and SMS marketing consent are optional choices, separate from access-code verification. Guests can use the Wi-Fi without ticking the marketing agreement boxes.
After successful verification, the portal authorises guest access through your UniFi setup. We check the connection process on your actual equipment before rollout.
Venue managers have access to their own venue’s dashboard and can export that venue’s consented contacts. Access is scoped by venue.
CSV exports include contacts with current, verified marketing consent and exclude withdrawn or suppressed contacts when the withdrawal or suppression is recorded in the portal. Email and SMS are exported separately, so a guest who agrees to both appears once for each channel.
Exports include the contact details, relevant email or SMS consent, consent date and consent wording version, so your team can identify who agreed to which channel.
Your venue controls the guest dataset. Telco Concepts hosts and processes it on your behalf, with the portal hosted in AWS Sydney. We agree the collection notice, consent wording, retention and deletion arrangements, and staff responsibilities before rollout.
Telco provides the portal, hosting, dashboard and CSV exports. Your marketing team uses the exported contacts to run campaigns and manage campaign unsubscribes. Any marketing platform you use after export has its own data-handling arrangements.
Yes. Marketing consent is optional. Receiving a code to verify an email address or mobile number does not by itself sign a guest up to campaigns. Marketing exports include only verified contacts with current consent for the relevant channel.
We assess your UniFi Cloud Gateway, access points, Network software and guest-network configuration. Tell us the exact models and who manages them so we can check compatibility and scope any changes.
Your marketing team runs the campaigns. Telco supplies the portal and hosting, with a venue dashboard and CSV exports of verified, opted-in contacts for your team to use.
Keep unsubscribes on your marketing platform’s suppression list. Record the withdrawal in the portal, or send it to Telco, to exclude the contact from later portal exports.
Tell us your venue count, UniFi gateway and access-point models, and whether you want email codes, SMS codes or both. We scope the setup and hosting, and confirm costs, support responsibilities and terms before work starts.
