Common questions

Can we keep our existing numbers?

Yes. We port and map your numbers, stage the cutover and test live calls.

Do we need specific Microsoft licences?

Staff using this service need Teams Phone licences. We will check the licences needed for your Microsoft 365 setup.

Can Teams work alongside our existing phone system?

Yes. We set up calling rules so staff on Teams and your existing phone system can call each other and use the right outgoing numbers.

How are emergency (000) calls handled?

We set up location and emergency routing policies for Australian numbering and test them before go-live.
