Choose internet for your team, from everyday office use to busy sites with many connected devices. We check the NBN technology and speeds available at your address and explain your fibre options.
Free initial phone discussion. Support hours and charges.
You may not need a faster NBN tier if the problem is Wi-Fi coverage, router settings or internal cabling. Comparing wired and wireless performance helps identify what needs attention first. A higher plan speed only helps when connection capacity is the issue and the tier is available for your premises.
Additional fixed internet addresses (static IPv4) for private network connections (VPNs), approved-address lists and hosting.
A business router set up with Wi-Fi, separate network groups (VLANs) and priority for phone calls (QoS).
Discuss a mobile backup connection for an NBN outage. We need to check coverage, a suitable router, capacity and which calls or business services it can support. Service interruptions may still occur with backup in place.
Our fast fibre plans range from 200 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Availability depends on your location, so tell us your address and we will check what can be delivered. See enterprise fibre for dedicated, symmetrical options.
Actual NBN speeds depend on your connection technology and local conditions. We confirm what your site can get in your quote.
Tell us how many people and devices use your internet, and whether you rely on video calls, cloud apps or large uploads. We will help you choose a suitable speed from the options available at your address.
Download is data arriving at your business, such as opening websites or receiving files. Upload is data leaving it, such as sending large files, video meetings or cloud backups. Both matter when several people work at once. The plan figures are in megabits per second (Mbps); tell us about your busy periods rather than choosing on download speed alone.
Not every speed is available at every premises. The NBN connection technology and service options for your exact address need checking. Concepts Fast lists 250/25 or 1000/50 Mbps where supported; those figures do not confirm eligibility or a measured speed at your site.
Not necessarily. Router capability, Wi-Fi coverage, internal cabling, devices and the connection itself can affect the result. Tell us whether the problem affects wired devices, Wi-Fi or both. We can discuss the checks and any equipment or cabling work separately from the plan.
Send the router model and details of fixed IP addresses, remote access, business phones and any other services on the current connection. Compatibility and which settings or services can be retained need checking before a change. Do not cancel the existing connection until the changeover and any attached services are understood.
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (Sydney local time), excluding NSW public holidays. We aim to reply the same business day. Enquiries received late in the day or outside office hours are usually answered the next business day. All existing customers can request urgent assistance during evenings, weekends and public holidays using the contact details shared privately with them. We do our best to help, subject to staff availability. If you need a set response outside office hours, we can agree a paid after-hours support arrangement, with the response time set out in your agreement. Your quote sets out service-specific support hours, response arrangements and conditions, including who manages the router and internal network. We agree these for your service before work starts; a response commitment is not a confirmed fault-repair or installation deadline.
Use a plan enquiry above if you already know the plan name, or send these details for help choosing.
