Faults and call changes
Describe affected phones, error messages, when the problem started and whether incoming or outgoing calls are affected. We need to distinguish a system or handset fault from a phone-line, network or power issue.
We support existing Panasonic TDE200, NCP500, NS700 and NSX1000 phone systems, including fault investigation, programming and repairs. Tell us what has stopped working or needs changing. We check the equipment, compatibility and parts availability before quoting.
Free initial phone discussion. Support hours and charges.
A Panasonic system that still meets your needs may be worth keeping. A repair or programming change, followed by SIP trunks where compatible, can be an alternative to replacing the setup. That depends on the exact model, condition, licences and parts availability; some faults make repair impractical.
Panasonic has withdrawn from the Australian business phone system market, so new systems and manufacturer support are no longer available here.

Include desk-phone and DECT cordless model numbers. DECT is a cordless phone system for moving around the workplace. Compatibility, coverage and replacement parts need checking for the installed system.
A working system may need a programming change rather than full replacement. If parts, software or connection requirements prevent a suitable repair or change, we can discuss alternatives. Not every older system can be repaired or expanded.
We investigate faults and repair existing Panasonic systems where the model, equipment condition and available parts allow. We check whether a suitable repair and replacement components are available, then provide the recommendation and price in writing for you to agree before work starts.
Internet phone lines are often called SIP trunks. Suitability depends on the installed system, software, licences, interfaces and network. Send the model details so we can check what is supported rather than assume a direct connection is possible.
Handset reuse needs a compatibility check with the proposed system. Number retention is a separate provider transfer check. Tell us what you want to keep so the quote can distinguish reusable equipment, replacements and any number transfer.
We set out the agreed programming, fault investigation, parts and site work, plus ongoing support arrangements, in your quote. We also agree who handles internet, cabling and other suppliers before work starts.
Keep a working Panasonic system on SIP, prepare the office network and test the new service before the changeover.
